Selga Investment Group is a Central Florida-based multifamily real estate investment firm founded in 2021. Built on a hands-on approach to both acquisition and operations, the firm has developed a reputation for identifying undervalued multifamily assets and structuring creative financing solutions that deliver strong returns for investors.

We specialize in value-add multifamily investing — acquiring properties with below-market rents, deferred maintenance, or operational inefficiencies, then implementing targeted improvements to unlock equity and increase cash flow. Our expertise in seller financing and creative deal structuring allows us to acquire assets with exceptional debt terms that most buyers cannot replicate.

Since 2021, the firm has overseen the acquisition of 36 units across multiple properties in Central Florida, completed a full-cycle exit, and built a portfolio valued at over $4.5M. We are actively expanding across the Orlando MSA and surrounding high-growth submarkets.
